How do Managed IT and Block of Time differ?
Managed IT is an ongoing monthly service that includes proactive maintenance, security tools, Microsoft 365, and support. Block of Time is prepaid IT labor for help and projects when you need it.
Do Block of Time hours expire?
No. Your remaining prepaid labor hours stay available until you use them. Contact us to discuss the right block for your business.
Is labor unlimited on the managed plan?
The managed plan includes 5 labor hours per company per month, shared across your team. We’ll discuss additional labor and project work with you.
Can you help with server and workstation backups?
Yes. Server and workstation backup can be added to your service. We’ll review your systems and quote that separately from the included email and OneDrive backup.
